What’s pre-order?
Pre-order basis indicates the items are non-in stocks, we do not carry ready stock on hand unless otherwise stated in our website. Full payment must be made upon placing order so that we will place orders with our supplier after the particular batch is closed.

When’s the closing date?
Pre-order closes every Sunday night with payment cut off time at 11:59pm.

What is the estimated arrival of shipment for pre-order items?
Estimated time of arrival(ETA) is normally around 10-14 working days to arrive at our warehouse after the pre-order is closed and is subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling and also some unforeseen delays. Kindly refer here for Pre-Order Schedules.

What happens if the pre-order item is out of stock?
Sometimes items may out of stock during the order process. For such cases, you can opt for replacing or refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.

Why should I register an account?
Registering with us enables a fast and easy check out since you do no need fill in all your particulars each time you shop. You can able to see the status of any current order and past order history .You can also easily change or update your account info and change your password or reset it if you’ve forgotten.

Why should I subscribe to newsletter?
You’ll need to subscribe newsletter get informed of the latest products and be first to hear exclusive offers and sales.

I’m having trouble signing into my account?
Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with. If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘lost your password’ link on the sign in page. You’ll receive a link to create a new password for your account via email.

Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow amendments to be made to your order once it has been placed. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve made the payment?
All sales are final and cancellation is not allowed.

What happens if I receive an email saying my order items has been running out of stock after order has been confirmed?
We try to ensure that all items offered for pre-order are in stock. Unfortunately, due to popularity and supply issues, items might be out of stock during the order process. However we will cancel confirmed orders for products that are out of stock and you can opt for replacing or refund in credit term. No cash refund(s) are allowed.

How can I check my order status?

On-hold: Your order has been received

Processing: Your order has been processed under the current pre-order batch and pending delivery

Complete: You order has been dispatched from our warehouse

 

Returns & Exchange:

I have not worn my purchases but there are defects! What should I do?
Defect item are eligible for refund. For information on our return policy.

Can I request for exchange after I received my items?
Unfortunately, if you are not satisfied with the size, color or fit, we are not able to allow exchange. Find out more of product information (shop policy).

I wore/washed my purchases out and found that there are defects! Can I return it and get a refund?
Unfortunately, if you have washed/ worn it out, we are not able to allow returns.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Refund will be made within 7 working days, once we have safely received and inspected the return item.

How can I make payment?
You can make payment via MOLPay, Online Banking, Offline Banking & Paypal.

*Please note that we only use Maybank and CIMB Bank for Offline Banking (direct bank transfer/ATM )

What should I do after payment is done via direct bank /ATM transfer?

Please proceed with notifying us:

a. For ATM:  Please provide a clear snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt along with your order ID to our email for payment verification

b. For direct bank transfer: Please provide us with proof of payment (transfer to Maybank or CIMB  and transacted amount ) along with your order ID to our email for payment verification

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Unfortunately, we do not provide COD service at this moment.
