In the event that you receive defective / incorrect items, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order ID, name of the product and attachment of photo of the defect items.
You may return the item within 5 days upon parcel is received for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with labels/tags attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to earrings, cosmetics, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear and promotion items.
If defective items was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you. We do not refund products:
i) Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
ii) Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
Reimbursement of the postage fees will be made for returning the defected items provided with your proof of postage.
You are responsible for the goods returned until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage during delivery. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
A refund in credit term will be made when the goods are received by us in the original condition. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
