- In the event that you receive defective / incorrect items, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, name of the product and attachment of photo of the defect items.
- You may return the item within 5 days upon parcel is received for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with labels/tags attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to earrings, cosmetics, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear and promotion items.
- If defective items was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product is returned to you. We do not refund products:
i) Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
ii) Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
- Reimbursement of the postage fees will be made for returning the defected items provided with your proof of postage.
- You are responsible for the goods returned until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage during delivery. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
- A refund in credit term will be made when the goods are received by us in the original condition. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
