Yes, we ship worldwide. Do take note that shipping fee may varies for different countries. You will find your shipping cost at the checkout page.

All our parcels are being handled by Poslaju Malaysia & Skynet.
How much is the shipping cost for my order?
The cost of delivery will be calculated based on the total item purchased and your shipping destination.
Do you provide self-collection service?
We currently do not offer self-collection unless otherwise specified.

Yes, we offer Free Shipping to Malaysian orders
When will my parcel ship out?
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days after we have received item from supplier. For pre-order items, normally it will take approximately 10-14 working days to arrive at our warehouse after the order is closed (not included weekend and holidays).
When will my pre-order items arrive at your warehouse?
Kindly refer to Pre-Order Schedules.
How long will I receive my order after it has been shipped out?
Your order will reach you within 1-3 working days (local orders) & 4-14 working days (international orders) once items have been shipped out.
*Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
How do I track my order?
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I change my shipping details after order is placed?
Yes, please get in touch with Customer Service one week before the shipment.
What if there’s no one to collect the parcel and no attempted delivery card left?
You may contact Pos Malaysia Customer Service at 1-300-300-300 (local) or 603 – 27279100 (oversea) to request for resending your parcel. If parcel is unclaimed and returned back to us after 14 working days, additional postage fee is applicable to resend the parcel. We will not be liable for the additional postage fee.
